Return Process

  Technical Assessment

  A certified Cuckoo technician will visit your home to inspect the appliance and ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for return.

  Product Collection

  Once approved, our logistics team will schedule a convenient time to uninstall and collect the appliance from your premises.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After the unit is received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or adjust your rental agreement within 7 to 10 business days.
